FB har nu fået en landsholdsspiller
Vores 29-årige målmand på vores 1. Divisionshold, Olga Fríðunn Olsen, blev i torsdags udtaget til det færøske landshold, der den 18/9 møder Nordirland og den 22/9 møder Hviderusland i EM 2022-kvalifikationen.
Det skete i nedenstående brev fra fodboldforbundet på Færøerne.
Vi ønsker Olga et kæmpestort tillykke med landsholdsudtagelsen og tænker at Olgas far denne gang godt gider med Olgas mor ud for at se fodbold, frem for at ligge hjemme på sofaen og snorksove, som det var tilfældet i dette klip fra Natholdet sidste år ...

I am pleased to inform you that your player Olga Fríðunn Olsen has been selected for the Faroe Islands Women’s national team for the upcoming Women’s EURO 2022 Qualifying matches.
18 September 2020:
Faroe Islands – Northern Ireland, Tórsvøllur Stadium
22 September 2020:
Faroe Islands – Belarus, Tórsvøllur Stadium
The player will be away with the Faroe Islands Womens national team from the 14 to 23 September 2020 (both days included).
The travel schedule will be communicated directly to the player.
I kindly request that the player or the club contact John Petersen (mobile: +298 XXXXXX) directly in case the players have any injuries or personal concerns that may affect the performance for the mentioned period.
